Spring Roll
Ground chicken, pork, shrimp or only veggies with bean thread noodles, wood ear mushrooms, shredded carrots and spices, wrapped in wheat paper and briefly deep fried. Served with a choice of sweet chili, tamarind, lime or hot chili sauce.
- Summer Roll
Shredded green leaf lettuce, sliced tofu kan, sautéed bean sprouts, pickled carrots and daikon, scallions, cilantro and rice vermicelli noodles. Available with sliced BBQ chicken, sliced BBQ pork, tiger shrimp, or smoked tofu. Wrapped in rice paper and served with lime chili sauce.
- Curry Puff
Delicious curried carrots and white potatoes, turmeric, onion, garlic, fresh scallions and cilantro wrapped in puff pastry and deep fried until golden brown. Available with ground chicken, ground pork, tiny shrimp, or just vegetables. Served with sweet chili sauce.

Tom Yum Soup
Choice of vegetable, chicken, beef, pork or shrimp. Lemongrass soup base, mixed Chinese vegetables, straw mushrooms and slices of white mushroom in a vegetable broth.
- Tom Kah (coconut soup)
The basis of this soup, a gentle combination of a choice of chicken or just tofu, coconut milk and
lemongrass, is given some heat, intensity and flavoring.
- Bean Thread Noodle Soup
Choice of vegetable, chicken, beef, pork or shrimp . Vegetable broth with bean thread noodles, wood ear mushrooms, slices of white mushrooms, straw mushrooms, fried garlic and vegetables.
- Chicken Tamarind Soup
