  • Spring Roll
    Ground chicken, pork, shrimp or only veggies with bean thread noodles, wood ear mushrooms, shredded carrots and spices, wrapped in wheat paper and briefly deep fried. Served with a choice of sweet chili, tamarind, lime or hot chili sauce.

  • Summer Roll
    Shredded green leaf lettuce, sliced tofu kan, sautéed bean sprouts, pickled carrots and daikon, scallions, cilantro and rice vermicelli noodles. Available with sliced BBQ chicken, sliced BBQ pork, tiger shrimp, or smoked tofu. Wrapped in rice paper and served with lime chili sauce.
  • Curry Puff
    Delicious curried carrots and white potatoes, turmeric, onion, garlic, fresh scallions and cilantro wrapped in puff pastry and deep fried until golden brown. Available with ground chicken, ground pork, tiny shrimp, or just vegetables. Served with sweet chili sauce.

  • Thai Salad with Peanut Sauce
    Mixed green leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced fresh cucumbers, sliced smoked tofu, fresh scallions and cilantro, shredded carrots and red peppers. Served with homemade peanut sauce.

  • Laotian Yum Salad
    Mixed green leaf lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced egg whites, fresh scallions and cilantro, sliced cucumbers. Served with homemade boiled egg yolk dressing.

  • Tom Yum Soup
    Choice of vegetable, chicken, beef, pork or shrimp. Lemongrass soup base, mixed Chinese vegetables, straw mushrooms and slices of white mushroom in a vegetable broth.

  • Tom Kah (coconut soup)
    The basis of this soup, a gentle combination of a choice of chicken or just tofu, coconut milk and lemongrass, is given some heat, intensity and flavoring.
  • Bean Thread Noodle Soup
    Choice of vegetable, chicken, beef, pork or shrimp . Vegetable broth with bean thread noodles, wood ear mushrooms, slices of white mushrooms, straw mushrooms, fried garlic and vegetables.
  • Chicken Tamarind Soup
    Vegetable base soup broth with red bell peppers, bok choy, napa cabbage, white mushrooms, straw mushrooms, tamarind base and sliced chicken breast.
  • Fish Tamarind Soup
    Vegetable base soup broth with red bell peppers, bok choy, Chinese cabbage, white mushrooms, straw mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, tamarind base and chunks of catfish.

  • Sticky rice with Fish and Thai Eggplant

    Simmer steamed cassia leaf in a mix of coconut milk and vegetable broth, sticky rice paste and fresh lemongrass. Choice of chicken, beef, pork or veggies. Served with steamed sticky rice or jasmine rice.
  • Laab-Gai (Spicy chicken salad)
    Steamed hand chopped chicken breast mixed with dried ground roast chili peppers, ground roasted sticky rice, fresh chili peppers, fresh scallion and cilantro, fermented fish sauce and regular fish sauce. Served with a choice of steamed jasmine rice or sticky rice.
  • Laab-Nua (Spicy beef salad)
    Steamed hand shopped lean beef mixed with dried ground roast chili peppers, ground roasted sticky rice, fresh chili peppers, fresh scallion and cilantro, fermented fish sauce and regular fish sauce. Served with a choice of steamed jasmine rice or sticky rice.
  • Laa-Moo (Spicy pork salad)

    A mashed mix of shredded cucumber, fresh chili peppers, garlic, shrimp paste, fish sauce, fermented fish sauce (optional), sliced tomatoes and fresh lime juice mashed in mortar and pestle. Served with steamed jasmine rice or steamed sticky rice.
  • Laotian Bamboo Shoot Stew with Chicken
    Bamboo shoots, sliced sticky rice paste, fish sauce, fermented fish sauce, straw mushrooms, Laotian herbs and sliced chicken breast simmered in Yanarng (Laotian food plant) leaf juice. Served with a choice of steamed sticky rice or jasmine rice.
  • Laotian Sausage
